3Confirm & deposit
A 50% deposit via bank transfer or card secures your dates.
4Balance due
The remaining balance is due 1–45 days before departure.
5Fly & enjoy
Your specialist is reachable on WhatsApp +254 707 820 948 throughout the trip.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email. Fees depend on timing: 30% from 61 or more days before departure, 50% at 46–60 days, 75% at 31–45 days, and 100% within 30 days.
Lodge, airline, and transport policies may be stricter and, where they are, they override this summary. Refunds are processed after supplier confirmation; non-recoverable costs, payment processing fees, and bank charges may be deducted.
